ETCA
provides a time and place for those interested in
coaching to gather monthly for lunch with engaging and
provocative speakers. Each program includes informal
small group discussions of the program topic. We also
offer workshops and peer coaching to enhance coaching
and business-building skills.
Our
group includes practicing coaches, coaches-in-training,
professionals in related fields and anyone interested in
coaching as a profession or as an approach.

asked to serve on a committee. In addition to enhancing
our personal and professional connections, the
committees are the backbone of ETCA. Through committee
involvement, we are able to provide quality training to
our members and extend our services to our community.
